No parking place at the trailhead. Good for local residents. This loop covers the whole of De Leo Wall Trail of the Cougar Park, the Terrace Trail of Newcastle City, and an unmanaged trail outside the Cougar Park.

3/19/2018 (Monday) - Two-hour loop from outside the gate at the end of SE 87th St (driving from 144th PL SE). Move up counterclockwise along an unmanaged trail which connects to De Leo Wall trail, go downhill a little to the intersection with Wildside trail, then go uphill back to the top of the De Leo Wall, move down along the Terrace Trail of Newcastle City.
