The directions are off btw. Just drive up mission ridge rd till u get to the base of the resort. I prefer to follow the LK Marion trail first. When u get a little ways up one trail will continue to go up to LK marion , but instead follow the trail/rd across the creek. Continue following this trail until u arrive at the midway lodge. Then u can either follow the road up or one of the ski runs. From the top of mission ridge u have a great view of MT Rainer and MT Stuart. This hike has an elevation gain of over 2000'.

This trail can be ridden as an out and back, or can be looped up with the Devils Gulch trail, which connects both at the bottom and the top of the Mission Ridge trail. It's a fun ride either way, but I much prefer to just ride the Devils Gulch trail as an out and back. If you do want to do the Mission Ridge trail, expect a few climbs on the decent. Whereas the Devils Gulch trail is all downhill. Also consider climbing the Devils Gulch trail all the way to the top, where it intersects the fire road.
