Great peaceful trail, it was a nice hike. The waterfall is very pretty and nice area to have a snack. A little muddy in parts but nothing to bad, a lot of horse poop throughout the whole loop trail so watch ur step.

Mostly logging roads, tons of cool lizards and frogs and slugs. The last actual trail part is very wet and muddy, you'll need waterproof boots. Easy to park at gate without obstructing. The falls aren't super steep but it's a gorgeous clearing, nice place to eat lunch. Bring bug spray.

Very nice trail, beautiful along the way. People were very friendly as well. The "falls" is kind of lack luster but the walk is gorgeous with a lot of hills and clearly marked.

Nice single track trail. Nothing too technical or steep. A few muddy spots and very heavy traffic..

Trail is in good condition, hardly any mud right now. Beautiful, forested hike especially if you are looking opportunities to get more distance on trails.

Small falls, moderately marked with several intersections. Decent trail condition with horse traffic and road apples.

we went this summer as just something to do. it was a big mistake, we were expecting a bigger waterfall, but it is pretty small and not worth the hype

Wonderful, relaxing trail. Minimal folks, people passed had dogs on leash. Watch out for horse shiz, passed a beautiful horse with rider on trail. Well trafficked and gentle slopes.

No muddier than most good trails this time of the year, moderate inclines and slopes, plenty of shade but sunbeams shining through the old growth took the edge off of the cold. A few off leash dogs, no real bigs for me but as a runner I’m always a wishful that I didn’t have to stop to accommodate the usually kind and loving dog and owner. Awesome trail run, took about an hour.

Trail is less muddy than a few weeks ago. one large puddle 3/4 way around the loop. Got lucky no rain. Great close in hike.

Nice mellow trail. Gradual incline with no major roots or rocks to hike over. Pretty quiet most of the time with sounds of running water. Gun shots half the hike though, as there’s a shooting range right next door. A couple patches were super flooded and very deep. I only saw about 10 other people during my 2hr20m walk. Would do it again in nicer weather.

Small section flooded. Otherwise it was nice except for the HUGE mud puddles that it made slippery and a bit dangerous. The signage could be better. I got lost. But I love running the trail besides those downfalls. I'll definitely be back

all trails has a different start location than the main (upper) parking lot. Totalled 6.2 mi from there. Nice lookout point, mud isnt too bad but definitely came out with wet feet!

Muddy but not enough to really matter. We passed a couple of trail runners and mountain biker but not many people out for a dry day walk. Shooting range is annoying at times and there was fresh horse poop on the trail even though it has been closed to horses for a month. Easy 6 miles, make sure you take the .3 mi detour to the day use area to see the falls.

Good loop for me and the dog. Couple of things to keep in mind - on a sunny day the main part of the trail (to the falls) gets super busy. That was the last part we did, tons of people, dogs, and bikes. If you have issues with horses, these trails aren’t for you. The campground trail portion is my favorite part - less of a crowd.

Really easy trail. It was a nice nature walk and the falls were a nice place to stop for a snack. Recommend for all ages. Dog friendly.

I’d say the only way this is a moderate hike is the distance?
