Very scary if you are going alone. Its hard to find confidence to go alone in those woods. Mail trails are good to walk but if you planning to get into small trails then Wear long sleeve shirts and full length pants else u will end up getting scratches getting thought bushes alone the trail.
U might have to carry water and bug spray. Not sure of wild animals, no sign boards about it. Better to keep pepper spray handy. Not a place to go alone for female.
