Super muddy! We thought since it’s been sunny & warm the last few days it wouldn’t be too much but Otherwise pretty walk, lots of birds and not too much traffic.

The Trail around the blueberry farm is muddy and you will need waterproof shoes. Other than that great trails.

There were a few muddy parts but for the most part really nice. Ended up at Lake Washington not following the map the whole way.

Might as well go to a wetland when it’s this wet out. What a great place this is for learning. It’s the kind of place that would be great to take some kiddos to learn about sustainable living and recreating.

East side of the slough trails have been bark mulched recently - some soft spots, but not too muddy considering recent rains in the wetland area. The loop around the blueberries has more muddy areas but they can still be avoided without getting wet.

RunningGreat!Muddy

12/10/20 - 13.1 miles during an afternoon break in the week's steady rains for this year's virtual Seattle Half Marathon figure-eighting around the soft, spongy raised wood chip/mulch pathways of the Park's two 1-mile loops (as measured from middle of the Slough Bridge),

WalkingGreat!

Did this one with a 5 year old on a Saturday. Not too crowded. Some hilly hike like areas, and then some good boardwalk sections. Not a ton of diversity in view and lots of high foliage, but still a good walk with a 5 year old.

Super nice trail, only downside is the road noise, but that wasn't a huge issue at all. Really enjoyable and am easy nature walk, with water views.

Nature tripsGreat!

11/13/20 - 3.7 miles from Bellevue Way Trailhead through Light Rail construction zone to boardwalks and soft, 10-12 ft. wide for easy physical-distancing on well-maintained, spongy, trails with good directioal signage plus historical and nature interpretive signposts I missed most of the first time in the Chinese Lunar New Year 5K in February 2016. Thank you City of Bellevue. Very, very nice.

Nice hills my 2.5 got a bit tired at the end but since we only did half the loop and didn’t cross the bridge he enjoyed it.
