Good paved path for a walking, running, or biking workout. There is not much shade and natural scenery is limited to glimpses of Mt Rainier and the river.

This is a paved trail that in some sections is shared with cars. It follows a river and the natural views are quite nice. The trail is quite wide in many places. I prefer a trail that is narrower as that seems more rustic to me. I also prefer unpaved trails but in places like Seattle it is probably a lot easier to maintain paved trails. There are numerous entry points to the trail and places to park. The whole thing is very nicely done.

A great trail for walking, running or biking. It is paved and level making it easy to navigate. It has scenic view of Green River throughout. Great trail for daily exercise routine.
