The spectacular waterfall is a great payoff for a shorter hike. One of my favorites!

Best trail yet! We did the complete loop and also climbed up the lattice of roots up to the upper falls. Gorgeous views of the falls. Trail well maintained. Nice moderate climbs. Perfect way to celebrate our second wedding anniversary!

Beautiful scenery, just challenging enough on the top stretch to make in interesting for this newbie. Lots of people on the trail by 11, next time I’ll check out the falls first then make my way around to the top. Great day hike!

Gorgeous waterfall, worth the trip for sure!

Very easy, very pretty. The falls are beautiful. The upper loop trail has some very nice campsites and there's another little fall at the top. The trail itself is nicely marked and the path is easy to walk on. Plenty of parking spots at the trailhead including one restroom. Northwest Pass required. This is a good hike for children and the elderly. And for avid hikers who need a day off from distance and elevation.

Beautiful waterfall hike! I lost GPS for most of the second stretch there, but got it back soon after. Moderate amounts of people and doggos. Worth the trip.

Omgerdddd. My favorite waterfall so far!!! Just gorgeous. You can even hike down to the base. Shorter hike which was good cause there was NO breeze on the way up and pretty toasty but the afternoon sun on the waterfall was perfect. The end view was so worth it. Would’ve stayed all day if we didn’t have to drive up to Seattle tonight. Would 100% do this again.

The road to this trail is fine for any car, assuming no snow/ice. Nice parking lot and not too crowded on a hot Sunday. Awesome falls, and under shade almost the entire time.

It was a beautiful, simple hike to a nice view point for a fantastic waterfall. The trail itself was nice and wide, most of the time, to accommodate the abundance of people and dogs. Very clean except for the few plastic bags of dog manure left along the trail.

Nice trail today. Low crowds for a Thursday. We took 6 kids varying in age from 3-16 and everybody did great. 3 year old had to be carried most of the way. We stopped off to dip our feet in the creek on the way back. All the crossings were dry. The falls were not nearly as big as we’ve seen them, but still amazing!

Beautiful trail and waterfall! Easy and great for kids! Lots of dogs on this trail

Busy day with lots of people, dogs and even two goats. Some parts of the trail are narrowed due to erosion but definitely still passable. Many dogs off leash. Crowded at the falls, but didn’t have to wait to long to snag a rock for a quick snack / rest before heading back down.

We did the shorter out and back so we would have time for another trail. The trail is very well maintained and the waterfall is absolutely stunning! I'm shocked it isn't a busier hike. About 30 cars in the parking lot both when we started and finished but didn't really see that many people on the trail. Definitely recommend for a short hike and is kid friendly

Super busy during warmer season, autumn is a better time to visit

Great trail with plenty of views of amazing falls. The main trail to the falls is more heavily used, but the second half of the loop was completely deserted. Great challenging trail for beginner hikers.

The payoff at the end of this trail is well worth the steady incline - the Falls are breathtaking!

Great trail. We decided to try and see if the trail above led to an overlook of the upper falls. We went as far as the first little trail turn out and there was a decent overlook but you were kind of far from the falls. Main trail was pretty crowded but it’s Memorial Day weekend so it was decent for that fact. Very dog friendly. Falls were roaring. Pretty easy to moderate hike. Would love to camp out here.

The falls are amazing and the hike is fairly doable for any skill level. Get there early. The lookout point gets packed and this is a very popular hike.

I wish there were more stars - I'd give this a 9/10. The trail runs next to the creek for probably a mile before it starts climbing away from it. The hike is very nice, but doesn't have a lot of standout locations that I tend to think of when I give a hike 10 stars. There are a few places in that first mile where you can soak your feet in the water. Beyond that, you can always hear the water and there's a nice little bridge over a little side-stream probably a half mile away from the main attraction. Once you get to the falls, the constant elevation gain finally seems worth it. I stayed there for probably 30 minutes or more just soaking in the mist coming off the falls and basking in the highs and lows of the amazing topography around me. The walk back is easier, for those that have a hard time going down hills, the slope is as gradual down as it was going up. It's well rated at a moderate difficulty, though its short enough that if you are thinking of trying something beyond easy, this is a good choice.
