dogs on leash
just embrace the chaotic nature of the trail system
very easy hike, imo. very worn trails, marked well. map in parking lot very helpful. I feel like this will still be accessible in winter for a chilly run.
Nice place for an easier home. Some of the trails were slightly confusing/hard to follow.
was a nice variety of easy to moderate hiking
My aunt literally lives across the street, so I do this trail every time I come visit Washington. Good Workout. Good Inclines. depending on the trail you take, will depend on the difficulty. still trying to figure out how to get to the. bottom of the waterfall, lol.
This place was sweet!! Lots of hills. We only went to the waterfall loop but climbed down the 60% grade right to the base of the waterfall. Very fun!!!
Almost like a choose your own adventure... So many sweet trails and loops to choose from! I only did the mountain loop and the waterfall trail, easy and beautiful!
Descent run in a great area. However however the mileage is wrong, the loop is 2.2 miles with several fingers shooting off, each no more than 1/2 a mile.
Read the sign before you start. The trail is off the access road but doesn't have a sign. Lower loop does at access rd. But not the main lookout trail. I and many others have hiked the access road waiting for the view to come.. 4.25 miles.. 2160 ft in elevation, I finally turned around. Great work out! Lol but now know where to go! Next weekend!
