Lemei Lake Trail is a 7.3 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Stevenson, Washington that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is best used from August until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Directions from Trout Lake: Travel west on State Highway 141 past Mt. Adams to the forest boundary. At the boundary, 141 becomes Primary Forest Route 24. Take 24 north, across Dry Creek and past Hidden Lakes, to the Cultus Creek Campground. The trail is accessed from the Indian Heaven trail #33, which begins at the campground.

Sadly due to global changes and the lack of a good winter, Lemei Lake was low. The loop hike my oldest and I did while already inside Indian Heaven was peaceful and there was a killer hill but we were pretty happy backpackers.
