Perfect trail to walk with our dogs. A little confusing at one point of where the trail goes but we figured it out. Nice and easy.

A little buggy and windy but a gorgeous easy hour long hike.

If you are a novice hiker I would suggest Hidden Lake. For those hikers who are up for a good leg workout with plentiful beauty to keep you putting one foot in front of the other... this is for you. Well worth the extra steps to see the cabin and the second lake. Note to dog owners: not a hike for dogs who are older or may have hip/knee issues.

Like all beautiful but easily accessible places...crowded. I took snowshoes and the less scenic, less crowded route. Snowshoes were helpful in some of those outlying sections of trail still but not necessary and another 50+ degree day will take care of the remaining depth. I can't even imagine how busy and crowded it must be in season and when open for camping. Truly beautiful lake with I think Dirtyface overlooking.

Very good easy going trail. Took us about an hour of very relaxed hike but could have done in 30. min.
Definitely recommend.
