Dry and just running shoes needed. Great little hike for how close it is to town. Parking entrance was a little hard to find, passed it twice until I found it. A couple small blossoms this time of year.

Did this section along with the Round Lake to Lake trail with a short side trip to Woodburn Falls. Total distance is about 5.5 miles and made for a great hike close to Portland. Signage could be better but you can’t really get lost. Varied terrain with views of fast rivers and waterfalls.
