Urban paved trail from Waugh Street to 4th Street (ends a Habitat for Humanity Store). Trail #24 on the Skagit County Walking Trail Map. This is a nice paved trail east-west that runs from Waugh & Seneca to 4th St at Habitat for Humanity. You can continue to Lions Park via Fir St and walk along the River edge. Very little elevation gain heading east. Can park at Lions Park or Habitat Store to walk to the east (away from the river). Curbside parking on Waugh for hiking to the west.

I have lived in Skagit County all my life and this is one of my most used trails. Really good for me since I don’t drive and hate walking on roads that are busy.
