Trail best for exercise. Views are okay, trail follows greenbelt behind warehouses and commercial buildings. There are occasional road crossings. So you will not have to worry about vehicles very often. I reserve higher ratings for trails that are more visually appealing and offer an experience.

Very loud with construction noise over and above regular train noise. NONE of the dozen or so folks on bikes apparently know how to say "on your left". WTF people, is it really that difficult to announce yourselves the say you're supposed to? You know those signs that say use voice or bell to pass. It's not about space it's about not scaring the crap out of people who are also trying to enjoy nature.

There is a detour just past S 217th St. on regional connector trail, I used it to connect to Green River trail to return. Fort Dent now is taken over by Soccer & sometimes charges for parking, a better parking is Christensen road at Green River trail there is a new bridge to get to the Interuban trail.

there was a dangerous detour linked to regular traffic

long, paved, flat, nice ride for a little distance, but also a little scary in spots, we saw many hobos and even a troll under a bridge, just seemed to run into lots of people who "appeared" questionable, i was with my sunny faced friend (see pic) but i wouldn't do this one by myself....
