Incredible yet easy hike. Surreal environment with beautiful moss covered trees.

Very muddy, which is to be expected this time of year. Nothing some waterproof boots couldn't handle. It was well worth it! Gorgeous forest setting. Incredibly blue and clear creeks, we saw coho salmon in them. The club moss hanging off the trees was the stuff of dreams!

Rained the whole time, but the vegetation offered enough cover. I am happy I wore my waterproof hiking shoes, too. The trail was beautiful and we were pleasantly surprised by the 8-10 Roosevelt Elk grazing around the trail.

Truly amazing flora with the huge old trees, mosses, lichens and ferns. An enchanting place. Lots of people even though it was raining lightly.

Very beautiful but only thing is people were camped out with chairs and tripods interrupting the paths in two sections. We were there by 9:15am so we checked back again after heading down the river path to the waterfall and they were still there.

Beautiful short hike through the most amazing trees. A true favorite of the peninsula. The lighting when the sun is setting makes the colors in photos look amazing.

Lots of beautiful trees. Love the green river. Spotted some mushrooms and a ton of slugs. Saw a field mouse too!

Very easy trail but worth going to learn more about the rain forest. We even saw an owl sitting in a tree! We arrived relatively late on a Saturday (around 5:30 pm) but it was still pretty crowded so don’t expect an empty trail. Unfortunately we couldn’t do the whole loop because of a wasp nest.

Awe-inspiring old growth forest with incredible views of sitkas, the Hoh River, elk, & life growing upon life exponentially. The Hall of Moss was heavily trafficked, but that's typical of this attraction. There are two other trails: the Hoh River Trail is an absolute must-hike for all levels, & spans on for 17 miles (& backpacking trails beyond). For a lighter, shorter hike, the Spruce Trail is only a 1.2 mile loop, but worth every second. Visit incredibly early in the morning or closer to dusk for less traffic.

Beautiful views of old growth forest and draped moss. You will see practically every hue of green. Well worth the drive out to the Hoh Rain Forest.

Very heavily trafficked and kind of out of the way unless you’re camping there or continuing to hike in the park. There are plenty of other hikes in the area where you can enjoy similar scenery. You can skip this

This was overrun with tourists and small children. Not any more beautiful than most of the surrounding areas... unless you are traveling with small children, or need a very very accessible hike, SKIP THIS

Maybe it's because I did some hiking in Vancouver before coming here but this was underwhelming. Beautiful and easy though.

Easy, easy trail and can get busy fast. Not a lot of parking. Still very beautiful and worth seeing. Watch out for yellow jackets. I will be back again. Got some beautiful photos.

Beautiful walk among ancient trees. This one took us 40 minutes including time for photos. High traffic this aug 4th. There is nowhere to eat for miles. The closest town is forks which is at least a 45 minutes drive. No food available in the park so plan accordingly.

Another easy and beautiful hike in Olympic National Park. The parking is limited for the number of people visiting and hiking. A very crowded hike.
