Good walk in a sunny day. A bit muddy at the east half of the trail, west half is totally fine.

Make sure you have your waterproof hiking boots if taking this trail during the rainy season. Several parts of the trail were covered with large puddles which didn't surprise me given we visited the wetlands on a rainy winter day!

Fun place for a quick 30 minute walk around the water amongst SO much green! Stayed on main path until past the pond, then took Ann's walking trail back around the pond to main trail, then back to parking lot.

It's a great place to take your toddlers for "green bonding". The trail loops around the pond, and has an observation platform on the north end. There is a connection to the Beaver Lake Preserve, which in turn connects to Soaring Eagle Park through a narrow gap next to the Windsor Greens golf course.
