The road to parking the app tells you to go to is closed. You can go and park at Russell Road Park and cross the street to go on to the trail. The trail is completely paved and wide.

Directions to path head lead you to a closed road. We parked at Russell Road Park which is in the middle but still did the whole trail. Trail is completely flat and good for walkers, runners, or bicyclists.

Took interurban towards Tukwila and then Green River back toward Auburn. Connected back to interurban via Green River Trail. Green River Trail did have detour so be careful.

RunningGreat!

today 07/25/2020 the entrance to the Russell Woods Park says "Road Closed". however drive past the first Road Closed sign and make a left immediately before the second Road Closed sign. this will give you access to the small parking lot. Great trail to run. Really flat asphalt path shared with a fair amount of cyclists. Barely any shade so bring sunblock with you if needed. Pleasant trail that winds past a golf course and residential areas.

paved, nice walk, very popular with locals, some homeless, most of it is in the sun but it's an easy walk

The Green River Trail south of 167 is difficult to locate in a few places as it is incomplete, hence the back tracking on our ride. When on the actual trail though it's very nice, like the interurban trail but be cautions as we saw lot of people sleeping either on the trail itself (blocking it) or in cars parked next to the trail / road. At the south end of the trail in North Green River Park, we took Green River Road south and eventually discovered the South 277th Corridor trail.

Great for biking and running, very flat. Some of the trail is very clearly defined, some of it shares a lightly trafficked narrow road. Parts of it closer to Southcenter go by Amazon warehouses. Several of the trail parking lots are deserted and I didn’t feel comfortable parking in them as a woman by herself so drove on until I found a more populated parking lot. They are doing some work on the trail south of “Boeing Rock”

Walking

Nice walk. started from North auburn near 277th, then up to meeker, around the golf course, then along Veteran drive, and back down Central. some extra mileage while trying to burn some time.

HikingPrivate property

I would love to actually review this trail but the directions take me to a private property near warehouses with no parking. This literally doesn’t take me to the trail or anywhere accessible to the trail. This is the third time this app has given me bad directions. Someone really needs to review these for directional accuracy.

Great trail! Only drawback is that I used it when it was busy so I had to watch out for bikers and people with dogs a lot. I’ll go back but next time do it earlier in the day.

Fantastic path for biking and running! It runs along the river and residential areas, so it feels safe. Some covered areas but mostly exposed.
