I really liked this trail. It was short, from where I began it was downhill the whole way and then uphill the way back, but it had some unique qualities. There were a system of small bridges that I found pretty nice. The bridges were sturdy when I ran across them but a lot of the handrails were broken off which makes it look like the bridges were not safe but trust me, they were sturdy. Once I reached the turnaround point, I found a rotary park which was again small, but a nice park with a beach attached along with some pretty amazing views. If you do this trail, also take a quick John around Rotary Park… You won’t regret it. They were facilities and lots of shade.

A short but beautiful trail, especially for being inside the city. Well maintained, great for kids or just a short stroll. Parking is just along the street, but then again, it's less than a mile long so there are probably not a lot of visitors at any given time.Starting at the top and descending down to the sound is nice, as there is another waterfront park just across the street once you reach the end.

A great quick little hike. Very pretty and seems like you're deep in some far off rain forest. It's been raining a lot and pretty heavily too but it wasn't bad at all.

Easy, short, quiet walk.

This is a nice short up and down climb with great shade foliage but due to lack of water, at the entrance there are large brown branches laying around that need to be cleared out. I’d definitely do this hike again.

A great short trail for before work or between errands to clear your mind and get some fresh air. I love all the little bridges and the vines growing up the sides of the posts. It's so close by but you feel like you're in your own little world.

Easy down...harder up. A short walk thru the woods but it is amazing. Full of big leaf maples and firs. I walk it daily. LOVE IT.

Bet it would have been nicer id I could see it. (Rain, glasses, dog's raincoat shifting, tieing up poop bag, cloudy, etc). Added West Bay Park with slight sidewalk detour since orher people had dogs off-leash at park. Will be back to enjoy on a nicer day.

Trail is short but sweet. As of April 18, 2018, the trail is closed due to a large fallen tree across the path. April 24, 2018, trail reopened.
