HikingGreat!

I parked at the Middle Fork Snoqualmie River Trailhead parking lot and then took the Middle Fork Connector trail over to the Garfield Ledges trailhead, which added just over a mile and nice easy walk through the woods to the beginning and end of the hike. Garfield Ledges was fairly short, but a good climb, and rewards you with a beautiful view at the top. The trail was in excellent condition.

trail is in good condition and views are gorgeous on a nice day, although not much room at the top (we left when the 4th group came up). kept kids going by planting easter eggs ahead of them on the trail. mask usage was great in the morning and we got spoiled. several groups with no masks headed up as we were headed down around 11:30. we just moved aside to let them pass per regular trail etiquette, but annoying. please bring your mask and wear it whenever you have to pass others within 6 ft!

Great views and moderately easy way to the top! Must visit! A couple of things to consider would be a pothole we encountered when entering the parking area which can’t be avoided so better drive carefully and no cellphone network.

HikingGreat!

Straight forward, easy trail. Well paved and lots of foot traffic. Beautiful and rewarding scenic views at the end. If you’re going on the weekends, I suggest going at off times. We got there at about 12 ish and people started flooding in within the 30 min.

My wife and I joined our hiking group to hike to Garfield Ledge. We started from Middle Fork Trailhead and walked to Garfield Ledges Trailhead. We hiked up to Garfield Ledge and took in the great views, then we hiked down to Middle Fork Campground and had lunch at the picnic tables. It was a fun day.

Incredible view from the overlook at the end of the trail. Not too far of a drive out of Seattle Metro Area. Wasn't very trafficked when we went. Definitely recommend! I took my five year old daughter and she walked the entire trail up and back herself, so if your kids are in decent shape it's family friendly.

Quick hike that is somewhat easy. Steep incline throughout but it pays off when you get to the top and see the view. Did this hike Thursday, 3/11 because the Taylor River trail was covered in snow. Started at 11am and only saw 2 other groups. Took about 30 min to the top and 20 min back down.

Not too bad, muddy in parts. One stretch of compacted snow halfway up. I turned back at the last switchback (0.8mi) because there was a longer field of snow I could see past, and I didn’t have spikes or anything.
