Diamond Point Trail, Fireweed Road, and Beach Trail is a 7.4 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Sequim, Washington that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and horses. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
This is a beautiful hike through lush forests along old logging roads that eventually reaches the beach. This is a lesser known park in Washington, so you may find some solitude here. There are many trails in this area if you wish to extend or shorten your hike.
This is a nice out and back. Trailhead was a little odd to find according to the directions via this app. Great trail for an easy walk. I would not consider this a moderate trail. I believe its more aligned with an easy trail. Perhaps the length of the trail would be the only thing that could be moderate, but it's an easy hike on a clear day.
As of 2/07/2020, this trail is flooded about half way through. If you wear tall rubber boots you should be able to get through, but regular hiking boots aren’t tall enough.
