The best thing about this trail is that we had it all to ourselves, on a Saturday! The worst thing is that the majority of it is in the burnt forest, so there is a ton of direct sun. The trail is mostly comprised of small ups and downs with a few flat points, but there is a pretty steep hill that hits going and coming! The view of Adams was fair but There were tons of huckleberry bushes and that was neat!

Great trail starts out with a gentile climb and for the most part levels out. there is one steep hill about half way but not for long. this trail is in the burnt part of the forest and has several trees burnt almost in half so keep an eye out if the wind is blowing. because the trees are all burnt this trail is full sun, but also give amazing views of Mt. Adams and wiled flowers.
