Colockum Road is a 47.2 kilometer moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Ellensburg, Washington that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from March until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Fun, but not particularly scenic. You will need. 4x4 with good clearance to complete this. Most importantly make sure your tires are in good shape. The road is full of jagged rocks that can leave you flat. The trail is sometimes marked with signs, but there are a few places where it forks off and you dont know whats what...Keep an eye open for coyote!

fun area to get away in, not as many ppl out there and kinda open. good bike riding area (mtn biking and paintballin)
