HikingGreat!

Mostly a gravel road with some parallel foot trail access early on in the hike. If you take the loop to the right, you’ll reach the falls first. They are a treat!

Flat path, well maintained. A cool waterfall right off the path that is easy to get down to. Nice forest walk. Not really any scenic views. Good overall.

Muddy, peaceful, and tranquil. After the waterfall, there were barely any people so we had the trail to ourselves. Good easy service road to walk along.

HikingGreat!

Great easy hike. This is just a walk through the woods, not much scenery. Not a lot of people in the morning.

I enjoyed this for the most part - some pretty forest and mostly clear which trail led where. As it notes, this is not protected forestland and there were a couple of dudes along the way clearing some small areas. Initially slightly unsettling, but both very nice. No view, but a decent hike.

Great trail! Nice and quite. Tasty berries. I think I left my hiking poles while picking berries. Would love them back if anyone finds them!

The waterfall was nice but in the deep thick of the woods we got a little lost and found our way back. My favorite bird was there, it was a refreshing forest trail with clean air.

So many daisies! This is a logging road loop. I think most people come to see the waterfall, so the loop was pretty quiet. We left at about 8:30 am and saw a handful of folks, but by the time we wandered back to the parking lot the main trail was quite busy.

Nice trail but most was a service logging road. Lots of wildflowers and animals.

It was just a dirt road, there are other smaller trails that offer different views but this particular loop is just a dirt road...the tree were nice though

Though it is primarily a logging road, the waterfall and surrounding area is gorgeous, and there are pockets of trails(possibly game trails) that are beautiful as well.

Actually ran up to Zach’s Lookout. Great uphill run with a prize view at the top. 6.5 miles total up and back. Forest road well maintained. Beautiful.

Great, well maintained trail. Easy hike, would be a good trail to take the kids or trail running for those who prefer a fairly level surface to run on. Very peaceful.
