Central Whidbey Island: Coupeville and Fort Casey is a 10.3 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Coupeville, Washington that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, bird watching, and road biking and is best used from March until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
The Discover Pass is required for vehicular entrance to this park. An Annual Pass costs $30 and a Day Pass is $10.
The Kettle Trails System is wonderful. There is a variety of trails. There are wide and flat trails that are for horses, bikes and people. Narrow curvey trails for bikes and people. And the narrow for people only. The trails went through ceders, into a fern valley, along the bluff and down along the shore.
