this park is very special to me. I used to live close to there growing up and I'm going back there today for the first time in over a decade. love this place.

Stinky trail! Smelled a bit like sewage, there are some sewer drains directly on the trail too. But it was nice seeing bits of the creek and hearing it the whole way. It was pretty. There was plenty of litter surrounding the creek though, if I return soon I’ll bring a large trash bag and gloves on the hike with me, it was that bad. I would say it was also heavily trafficked and only had short lived moments of not seeing other people on the trail. We checked out the orchard and community garden etc, didn’t go to the beach this time since we had our puppy with us. Plenty of trails where dogs are allowed on leash though, some more overgrown than others.

Awesome Trail system! Saw a full grown coyote. Beautiful forest and beach. I got in 7 miles doing the two loops and exploring some of the other trails.

Beautiful trail. A ton of green cover helped us stay dry on a wet rainy day. Never overly busy.

Great walk. Places to sit under a tree in a meadow. You have the sound of a stream the whole way through. Little paths branch off. Leads to a great beach area.

I wish the trails were better marked. A lot of retracing my steps

This is probably a 4 star for urban hiking - It is a nice urban oasis. However, I’d give it 3 stars due to the smell, graffiti, and trash, which is what I try to steer away from in hikes.

Great for an urban trail, although the sewage plant and smell in Piper Canyon is off-putting. The rest of it is great though.

Close to the city and good for beginners. The beach was just OK but the trail was pretty nice.

Cool trail. Start out at the park and roll passed the poo separator. Ran into Edmonds finest. That was a little weird/different. Next time will take the pup down to the water. Today was about just getting out.

Hiked this loop— down along Piper’s Creek with stops at the Orchard and waterfront, then a return loop via the South Bluff. Very pleasant!

Liked it a lot despite bad weather. Not a super thrilling trail trail but changing surroundings and in general really nice route with nice forest and a some beach views. No special hiking equipment required.
