After the big 2007 storm, this park has no longer been maintained. Locals are sad to see it in this state, but funding was cut. it was once one of our most beautiful public spaces. I think it's still a beautiful walk, even with its rougher terrain.

not very nice, probably the worst state park ive ever been too. dead plant from something every where, not able to decompose so it just stands up either brown or black very strange. I gave it two stars because we eventually came the massive power line steamrolled forest serv. found a trail growing with hundreds of alder trees all over leading to the treeline and opened up to a nice gravel road. so that was awesome but the power lines hurt my head so not advised tp walk near

Doesn't look like they are maintaining this one, too bad.
