Pretty nice trail up to about 5000 feet. Then it vanishes into a tangle of massive fallen trees and snow.

Great hike my kids did this when they were 5 and 6 years old. Get there early in the summer after the snow melt and the fishing is great. There is also a few good places to camp for the night

This is a great hike! I hiked it with my wife in early July 2011 and we hd a great time. Not too strenuous but sill a workout and good fishing at the lake despite the limited room for casting. I went back the next day and hiked it solo.
