Great to add into Dock Butte. A bit muddy, but a nice walk into a pretty lake

Beautiful lake, well worth the trip. Our 5 & 8 year old kids enjoyed climbing over the tree roots and rocks on the trail. This trail would be a challenge for anyone with stability/balance issues.

We actually only went to Blue Lake because it was so cloudy and misty - there would've been no views from the butte. The lake is very worth it when the weather is poor for views! IMPORTANT NOTE: about 1/4 mi in there is a fork. The trail information sign is broken and missing. Go left for blue lake, and GO RIGHT FOR DOCK BUTTE.

Can’t drive all the way to the trail head because of snow and once you get to the trail head you can’t see the trail because of the snow. We tried hiking to the lake but started to wonder off the trail so decided to turn around and camp out further down the main road other than that it was nice
