Easy walk along the river and through great fall foliage. Signs posted of mother bear and Cubs in area so be vigilant but this is a popular and often crowded walk and I highly recommend.

Beautiful trail for a stroll or jog in Leavenworth. The fall colors look great with the snow covered mountains in the background. Quite a few people out on a Saturday but all maintaining social distance. There were also a lot of puddles on the trail so I’d recommend boots.

Perfect for a lovely stroll with family and friends. Lot of people on the trail, but people were maintaining social distancing. We saw couple of salmons strolling on the river as well, so watch out. There was a notice showing that a mother bear and a cub was seen in the area.

This trail is really easy and a great walk in the park. Our corgi absolutely LOVED being able to go down to the water to splash around! We spent at least an hour just playing in the water! Other dogs were enjoying the river, too! There are educational placards along the path and some great views of the river, whether you're in the river or on a bridge.

Easy trail right from the heart of Leavenworth. It's nice to walk around Leavenworth early in the morning before the crowds settle in. Agreed with the reviews, plenty of bear poop.

Walked my pup a few times through here and it’s a nice easy hike/walk. The outer loop is the only one with views of the river, but the inner loops feature fun plants and Wildlife.

Came across some bear scat on the enchantment park trail this evening. Beautiful walk. If you go thru Blackbird island over to enchantment park be prepared to walk a steep .5 mile hill to get back up to the main road. (Hwy 2)

Just visited today, not a lot of for traffic. A few bikes and dogs. Water levels have gone down, making the river more accessible. Saw a doe just 15ft off the trail, she didn't seem bothered by us. No bugs today either!

This trail is great for families with small children and the elderly. It’s not so much a hiking adventure trail, just a place to take a nice stroll with pretty views. Because it is so close to the busy tourist town, there were many people out for a walk when we were there. Our family prefers a little more adventurous hikes.

Hiked this trail on Saturday. Not much traffic compared to the reviews I read, but Leavenworth was not heavily trafficked in general. I can see why it would normally be packed. Along one of the inside trails we saw a fawn that walked up almost to the path. We stood within 5 to 10 feet of it for about 15 minutes watching it graze. Extremely easy walk with nice views of the river. Great trail for small children, pets, and adults of all skill levels. Many informative signs along the way.
