I did this before and it was a nice hike. Took my mom today and she just enjoyed the dock so didn't go all the way around. But it was a beautiful day.

Cool easy trail. Me and the kids did the lower and upper lake trail in about an hour and that was with frequent stops to view and take pictures. Beautiful scenery and there were not a ton of others on the trails. The upper had almost nobody else. Some horse droppings found along the ya as well. Some walking through the campground required. Overall a cool hike with beautiful views of the lake!

Nice trail, muddy right now. There are inner and outer trails along the lake, a little crowded with people using the day area and fishing but not to bad. Need a discovery pass or pay. Wish people would clean up after themselves. Saw a lot of small bags of chips and plastic water bottles along the edge of the water.

Some mosquitoes and muddy patches, but nothing we couldn’t get through with some well-placed slaps and sneakers. A lovely and manageable walk.

Good trail. Not so busy right now. Currently muddy on upper and lower trail. You will need Discovery pass, or pay 10$ for day pass.

Nice quiet hike during the fall. During summer this place is packed and not as peaceful, but still beautiful. Easy hike through the campground on the Upper Lake trail. The Lower Lake trail is beautiful as well. Little piece of paradise right outside of town.

Great trails for running and exploring the Battle Ground area. Heavily travelled by horses and riders. Minor rises and declines, gradual slopes for new trail runners. Watch your step!

It felt surprisingly remote for a hike so close in. Lots of trails to wander on...we didn't see anyone on the trails.

Beautiful lake. Lots of people swimming, camping, kayaking and fishing. Lower lake loop is a bit uneven due to tree roots and rocks, but I enjoy that. Lots of other trails too, and all are well-marked.

Went on a cooler day around 10 and had a nice walk around the lower trail. Only passed a few people. Looked like trash was recently collected because we saw collection bags. Nice benches to sit and view the lake. Trail wasn’t muddy at all.

Lots of trash on the trail... water bottles, wrappers... started to pick some up to pack out but gave up because of the quantity.
