The trail itself is definitely pretty rugged, a bit overgrown, lots of roots and forest debris to trip on. But it's a beautiful forest setting, I would recommend if you're looking for a quick hike that's a good workout and you don't mind scrambling a little/picking your way carefully sometimes.
