I hiked this trail on a low-energy day, but it would be a blast to sprint, or ride. Lots of curves but very well maintained!

A nice walk in the woods. Bring the bug spray. Also, bring an I pod if you want to drown out the traffic noise from Hampton Roads Center Parkway. At one point this trail passes close to the highway.

Nice wooded trail. There were a lot of mosquitoes and the trail was completely blocked in one place with a downed tree. I did not see any of their canebrake rattle snakes but I did meet some nice squirrels.
