Paved joint use trail. The entry trail from park headquarters (and parking) hits the middle of the trail so you can go out and back in both directions or just one for a shorter route.

This is a nice trail just be forewarned it isn't the trail to go if you want quiet and serenity. The noise from Airport Road is obnoxious. Admittedly I did NOT check all trails before going or I would have seen there was a $2.00 parking fee.

I didn't do this trail yet, however there is a $2.00 parking fee. I am not sure if there is another area to park and avoid the small fee.

Nice, but loud. The trail is beside the road and there was a lot of traffic. Other than that it was a beautiful trail on a beautiful day.

The only down side is that this trail parallels Airport Road. But it takes you past beautiful forrest, the Waller Mill Reservoir on both sides and the lookout tower.
