Went to hike with family, Seems like more of a mountain biking trail. Very overgrown, lots of trash, narrow path requires single file walking. Also terrible signage.

parking for the beginning of this trail is one of the gravel spots. walk .5 miles on paved sunshade, moderately bike trafficked W&OD trail. The actual trail entrance is on the left with a nice picnic/ rest area at the opening. the trail is well marked, but very narrow. some spots are overgrown. There are low hanging branches in some spots, and some mud puddles that have previously been acknowledged with boards and ramps. the trail - aside from the W&OD is mostly shaded. Dowse you and your pup with bug spray. and you'll enjoy the nature hike.
