Tinker Creek Greenway Trail is a 3.4 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Roanoke, Virginia. The trail is good for all skill levels and primarily used for hiking, trail running, and road biking. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Don’t go there. No where to park. Not a nice area and didn’t feel comfortable leaving vehicle.

Mostly flat. Great biking trail - okay walking trail. Interesting sights along the way.

Last part of the trail is a thigh-burner as you ascend a short series of switch-backs to the top. From there you can take a few residential streets to the Roanoke River Greenway, which stretches for several miles. Fully paved.

This is a great ride from Roanoke Greenway over to Tinker make sure your "gas tank" is full because there's a snake curve!
