I couldn't figure out how to get on the trail that is outlined on the first page. However, there are tons of offshoots and trails you can explore. Fully covered with lots of deer.

This trail is a conveniently-located, wooded loop just off of Route 15 near Haymarket. The distance is not huge, but it is part of a forthcoming network of trails along Catharpin Creek. It is well maintained. There are nice views of the creeks along the trail. The trailhead is located far back past the playing fields at Long Park. When I do the trail, I park at the front parking lot and jog to the trail behind the cell tower and this, combined with the loop, makes for a pretty good total distance. There are some muddy spots if there has been rain, and a couple steep grades. I would not bring a jogging stroller.
