Not a whole lot of variation on this trail and felt almost paved a good portion of the way up. Great for views and a few good stop off points for a picnic, if that’s what you’re looking for.

Nice drive for the first time out in our new Jeep. We drove about half way and will try from the other direction another day. There has been no rain for weeks so conditions were dry.

Very easy trail ride. Just about any car can drive it with ease. A loaded down passenger car might scrape in a few places. There are primitive campsites scattered through the trail. Some great overlooks and lots of animals and plants.
