Great trail, we parked at the Stoney Man parking lot. Arrived at 9:30am and the parking lot was not crowded. First, We did the short trail up to Stoney Man lookout..fantastic view. Then continued hiking the Passamaquoddy Trail loop. Lots of ascends and descends and rocky! But totally worth it because the overlooks at Little Stoney Man were more impressive than the one at Stoney Man Lookout. Only negative...there had to be about 10+ dogs on the trail and this trail doesn’t allow dogs. Definitely a must do !

Easy to hike, small lookout path, or main rock lookout area. Trail was well marked/ easy to see where to go.

Fantastic moderate hike that includes 4 (or 5) rock overlooks. Park in the lot at mile marker 39 and follow the short path to the Appalachian Trail - turn left. This trail has a steadily incline with only one to two recovery spots. I wouldn’t consider it hard by any means, but if you are a new hiker or out of shape, you’ll need to take breaks! The views are completely worth the hike.

Loved this trail, which traverses the AT. Great place to admire the beauty of the park. I was lucky enough that a local also at the summit explained to me that stony man was a face you could see in the mountain, which encouraged me to stop at the next overlook and read the sign about it. Great trail and overlooks!

Great trail with a lot of great views. Very rocky at some points and naturally paved-like for some parts going towards Stony Man. We went in February and it was 28 degrees but at the highest points it was windy and felt much colder. Overall great trail!
