interesting little park. The park was remodeled a few years back. surprisingly the city of Virginia Beach did a good job. this is a great place to go for a walk with a friend. it's also good place to go fishing. if you own a boat or cano e you can use it as a launch point.
nice small neighborhood trail. dog friendly. bike friendly. about 2 miles if you do all.
Beautiful trail! Lots of shade and easy to walk for all activity levels. Children will love the little cut offs along the trail to see water, fish, frogs, turtles and more. There’s a bathroom before you enter the trail, ample parking, a playground at one of the entrances and trash cans all along the trail. Great for families!
There’s no arrow directions on the paths. Dog friendly but the paths aren’t that big so it can be a close contact.
We loved this easy, beautiful scenic trail! Some areas are paved, but mostly dirt. Well maintained trail with beautiful lake views. Highly recommend this trail.
this is a great trail well maintained. plenty of places to sit and rest.
This is a pretty good trail for beginners (which we definitely are!). Part of it is paved, but the vast majority is not. We took a stroller that was not meant for 'off-road' so that made it bumpy ride for our boy lol. Overall we enjoyed it!
