December 30, 2020Fantastic municipal park that features both river and creek, wetlands and beautiful forest setting. Trails are well marked and parking plentiful. Enjoy!
October 11, 2020These are the most well-marked trails I’ve ever seen. This park is very kid-friendly. My daughter loves “navigating” and following the painted markers. If you take the red trail, you can decide if you want to add to your hike. We added orange and purple before. You can also scan a QR code for a trail map at the park that includes mileage.

It was shaded Lot of space for social distancing ! Great one for hiking with kids or solo or family No biking !
July 19, 2020You can turn this into a nice 5-6 mile hike by putting all the loops together. Everyone we passed on hike wore a mask - but it was not crowded at all. Hot because you are at sea level but overall very nice way to spend a few hours.

June 1, 2020Loved this trail! Took the red, purple and brown trails which brought up out to the peninsula and back. There is a great little creek that kids can play in. The wild flower arches are breathtaking! There were a few spots on the peninsula trail that were overgrown and narrow but the hike was still wonderful.
