Paved path that runs from the downtown area of Blacksburg to the rear of the New River Mall in Christiansburg.
This trail has increased in length, more than 12.6 out and back due to upgrades and connections in 2014/2015. Takes you out of rural and has a much more urban feel towards Christiansburg when you end up behind Walmart, Home Depot and the local High School. Still a great, well maintained trail.
its a great trail for for running or walking a dog. the side trails give some short walks through wooded areas
There were a lot of people out, but it was such a nice November day that it was no surprise.
Nice bike ride. I am glad we had mountain bikes because there were some rough spots.
Lots of interesting sites, well used and marked
Easy trail with lovely views starting right from downtown Blacksburg.
My girls and I love walking this trail. Great scenery and wildlife ❤️.
Great for biking, plenty of exercise with the small but steep hills.
Easy trail and great for biking, running, walking, etc.
This is my favorite place to ride bikes! The scenery is so beautiful the whole way! Some parts I have to get off and walk the bike but it's still great exercise!
Fun to walk to Walmart from Blacksburg
I loved the trail for running. They are doing some construction right now so there were some muddy areas that weren't asphalt tops but other than that it was fantastic! I loved the elevation gains for running/training.
A great paved trail that links Blacksburg and Christiansburg.
Great trail for a run, walk, or a bike ride. There's access to a short single track loop trail that has some decent elevation gain and not too technical. Good for a mountain bike or a run.
Great trail for an easy run!
