Nice trail.with some parts overgrown and muddy with one small stream crossing.
It was an okay trail to hike. There wasn't much to see except for a pretty small lake towards the end. It's a pretty long trail so if you're trying to work on endurance I think this trail is good for that. I hiked this trail with a friend that rides horses and she said the trail is really good for horses.
Hiked part of Coffey trail. Its definitely a Bush wacking trail. I normally enjoy those kinds of trails. But seeing how I'm here for a business trip and not properly set up for that kind of hike, I couldn't do more than a half mile. Lots of spider webs, and saw some deer. It's a trail I would love to hike if I had the right equipment or clothing.
Cumberland Multi Use Trail out and back from Bear Creek Lake Park cabins to Winston Lake.
The trail was very hard to find and lots of the trail had been logged which made it ugly. Would not go again until trees grow back. We also hiked the Coffey Trail and it was bad. Trail at start was well marked but halfway it just stops. It’s a no go for sure and had nothing to look at till the end.
Easy walk around the lake. Stopped by at beaver dam. Tiny buds starting to form on the trees.
