The app shows a trail that isn't there. We ended up taking the AT then the Birds Nest trail. Not a bad hike. We exited out by the Neighbor Mountain trail to the parkway and walked back to the overlook where we parked.
They need to fix this because we thought we were lost but went back looking for signs etc and saw none showing the "trail" marked in red on the app.
