A fun hike even though the peak was enveloped by fog and the only views were a 100-foot bubble. Lots of little orange salamanders on the trail to brighten up a grey day!

Good workout and amazing views!

Absolutely stunning view at the top! Many people but makes for great conversations and so many puppers! Wear big spray and don’t hike if wet or icy, otherwise perfect example of the true beauty of Vermont!

Stunning 360° views at top! We encountered no one on the meadow portion and a few groups in the woods. There’s some scrambling to get to top but well worth it.

fun trail. nice incline. not much mud. goes along an old road until it comes to a meadow and turns in to a forest. it's a slight incline for 20 minutes and then turns steep. there are rock steps in a lot of places to avoid erosion. they can be difficult to spot in advance. beautiful view from the top.

Really nice day, went when it was a little chilly and only saw a few other groups on the trail, very respectful about social distancing! Pinnacle pups at the summit was a delight!

Beautiful day, and trail in great shape for this time of year. Very little mud. Views of snow-covered Stowe and Sugarbush trails.

A nice shorter version to the actual trail head. Did last summer and it was well maintained/used.

We didn't have time to walk the whole way to the Pinnacle, but the view part way up was one of the most beautiful vistas I've ever seen. It was October, peak perfect leaf and to my breath away.

Amazing!! We parked at pinnacle meadows. Some steeper sections but still doable with a 30lb toddler on my back. AMAZING views. Very busy though, lots of off leash dogs.

Court effort, grand récompense. À faire au coucher de soleil, la vue est superbe!

Great views for a moderate hike! Last bit before pinnacle is rocky and muddy with recent rain but not too challenging. And the views with the foliage are gorgeous! As other reviews have mentioned, there are two Goldens who frequently hike this trail without an owner. I’m not usually a dog person but these were very sweet dogs that just wanted to hike alongside us for a bit before trotting on to the next set of hikers. Rather entertaining!
