Overlook via Five Tree Hill Trail is a 2.3 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Williston, Vermont that features a great forest setting and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking and nature trips and is best used from April until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
Great hike for kids, lots of little ups and downs, short bridges and boardwalks. Shocking number of dog poop bags along the trail. Busy for a late afternoon buts it’s 45 degrees in Dec.
really nice trail...perfect way to work off that day after Thanksgiving feeling!
Really nice trail through the woods. Some semi-steep inclines up and down throughout, but mixed enough for it to still be relaxing. Like others said, many roots. Apparently it is used as a snowmobile trail in the winter! The overlook has a little bench and a beautiful view of the lake and mountains.bring your dog, but be sure to pick up after it. There was a lot not cleaned up while I was there.
Excellent hike today with two kids in tow. Plenty of shade and gorgeous view at the top!
Great shape and trail markings are good. Nice 2.5 mi trail run. Very little mud. I’ll be back.
