Nice area for a walk :) - the shelters another walker mentioned are for a kids camp (survival skills, roughing it, etc).

Nice hot summer day for a hike. With varied terrain and lots of shade, this was the perfect spot to beat the heat The trail is well maintained, but an occasional slippery rock caught us off guard on a couple of occasions.

Very good trail. Well marked. Lots of small elevation changes but nothing too steep. I was slightly unnerved by the two different makeshift shelters in the middle of the woods (homeless??). Probably would not do this solo for that reason.
