Burton Island Loop Trail is a 2.4 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near St Albans, Vermont that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from April until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Several ferries daily leaving from Camp Killkare, or by canoe, kayak, boat, etc.

Hike is about a 2.5 mile loop around the island. Some of the more southern parts of the trail were not well groomed and wet since it has rained a lot lately. Great views from the shore in many spots. Access is by boat or the ferry from Kill Kare State Park.
