Such a fun hike with spectacular views at the top, or near top on White Rock. I brought my dogs and chose not to go up the last section of a few hundred feet because of them. I did see another dog scale it.

Anyone know about the current trail conditions up White Rock?

Great trail with amazing views. Very well maintained and less muddy than other trails nearby. Gets pretty scrambly at the top with some rock faces that would be challenging for kids, although it starts out quite easy.

Great hike, the top part is a lot of ladders and scrabbles, super fun. Some mud/wet on the upper section, buggy so make sure you have some spray! The view was amazing and worth every step. There was apparently a bear at the trail head a few minutes before I arrived, people said it was uninterested and wandered away as soon as it saw them.

Plan 3 hours up and 2 down - coming down can be very slippery with run off

It was my first time in this trail-quite impressive! I wish they can make it more safe at the top to transition to the plateau of the rock.

The last .75 is hard, but it's well worth it!! The trail is well maintained and they've put in some ladders since the last time I hiked it. The top has some seriously pretty views of Camels Hump, Mansfield, and Bolton. There are three or four places which give you very pretty views. The last 200 ft probably should have ropes, but we made it up no problem.

Great trail, challenging at points with a few scrambles and muddy points but well worth the view at the top! Hiked 10/13/17

Absolutely loved hiking this trail. Hiked 7/28 It was pretty muddy and sloppy on the rocks, but still fairly accessible. The views are amazing, and I thought we summited 2 times before I realized we still had one more climb. I would do this trail again for sure!

Spectacular views from the top-almost 360 degrees save for Hunger Mountain blocking the view to the north. This gets much less traffic than Hunger, though it's quite accessible. The top is exposed granite, with just a little scrambling to reach the summit.
