Steep enough in places to make it fun. Can't wait to go back and do the loop!

Love the loop with Little Rock Pond. Beautiful views of the Green Mountains. Little Rock Pond is a great place for a swim and some rock jumping. You also get great views from 1000 ft above the lake as well. Great hike!

I enjoyed this trail from the trailhead to the peak. If I ever go back I will go north (following Little Rock Pond Trail) around the lake, up to the summit and then come back the same way. That route would send me past the best views and a few fun little rock scrambles.
