Awesome trail! Not overly challenging, yet some steeper inclines and lots of tree roots. It was dry in August, but you could clearly see where it gets wet earlier in the season. Nice wooden walkways constructed through some of the low lands. Beautiful places to stop & swim in crystal clear waters. Motorboats are allowed but only at trolling speed/5 mph. Saw 5-6 kayaker's enjoying the lake and families hiking, too.

Short walk through the woods along the shore. It was near 70 in February and yet there was people out on the lake ice fishing.

Very, very easy trail. It's more of a walking trail but it's a great place to pack a picnic and get the kids or dogs out for some peace and quiet.

Very hard to find the trail head with the directions given. Not a bad trail a little muddy and rocky in spots.
