Loved it! Soo beautiful!
Loved!
I love driving in from Mt. Carmel Junction on Route 9 and entering the park at the less crowded east entrance...then making your way past Checkerboard Mesa and the gorgeous back country before coming through the tunnel and down into the main canyon by way of the switchbacks. Springdale is a beautiful and fun small town to explore just outside the south entrance. And the drive from there to Hurricane is very scenic as well. I am 99% sure we saw a rare California Condor fly directly over us on this last leg of the drive!
beautiful Utah scenery....
Definitely going back :-)
Very scenic drive through Zion's.
The tunnel is old and VERY dark but it's absolutely stunning and the best way to drive through Zion
Stunning
Pretty drive through Zion National Park. The tunnels along the way are really cool.
One of the best scenic drives in the USA, probably the world. Keep an eye out for bighorn sheep.
Be sure to go on a short hike east of the tunnel for a great view of the Park
This is Utah route 9, going thru Zion's 1.1 mile tunnel, and out thru the east entrance. Great views!
